HRIS Business Analyst role,

HRIS Business Analyst

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders

    to gather, analyze, and document requirements for HR technology projects.
  • Translate HR processes into

    functional specifications, workflows, and process maps

    .
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system

    configuration, integration, and testing

    .
  • Conduct

    gap analysis

    and recommend process improvements aligned with HR transformation goals.
  • Support

    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

    and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with project timelines and escalate risks proactively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics Strategy & Governance:

    • Define and implement global HR analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Establish data governance standards ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance (GDPR, local laws).
  • Data Management & Integration:

    • Oversee integration of HRIS (Darwinbox) with other enterprise systems for unified data flow.
    • Ensure data quality and consistency across regions.
  • Advanced Reporting & Insights:

    • Develop dashboards and reports for global HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance).
    • Deliver predictive analytics for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams globally to identify analytics needs and deliver actionable insights.
    • Act as a consultant for regional HR leaders on data-driven decision-making.
  • Technology Enablement:

    • Implement AI-driven analytics tools and automation for real-time insights.
    • Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends and recommend innovations.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a global team of data analysts and reporting specialists.
  • Compliance & Security:

    • Ensure adherence to global data privacy regulations and internal security protocols.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 812 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in HR technology projects.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (Darwin, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, HRMS).
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Smartsheet, and documentation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
