As a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in HRMS Administration within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main point of contact for all HRMS-related queries, support, and troubleshooting. - Managing system configuration, updates, and integrations to meet company needs. - Coordinating with IT and external vendors for system implementation and upgrades. You will also be responsible for continuously evaluating HRMS performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth data migration for new HR processes. Additionally, you will: - Generate HR-related reports and analytics to provide insights for leadership decision-making. - Support HR departments in compliance with data privacy regulations. - Provide training and ongoing support to HR team members and employees on HRMS functionality. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role, where you will: - Align the HRMS with evolving HR policies and practices in collaboration with HR teams. - Work with external HRMS vendors and consultants to address system issues efficiently. - Act as a liaison between the HR and IT departments to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
