HRIS Administrator

You will be responsible for the proper and effective operation of the organization's HRIS System. As an HR Administrator at ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited, a leading construction company in Orissa, your role will involve processing employee data such as leaves and benefits, exporting regular and ad hoc reports from internal databases, creating new accounts, managing access permissions, training system users on functionalities and new features, updating employee records with new hire information, troubleshooting and reporting technical issues, developing data processing guidelines, and ensuring compliance with information sharing and other data protection regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma in Human Resource/Masters in Human Resources or related field, along with 5-7 years of hands-on HRIS experience focusing on implementation and training. Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in HRopal or similar HR applications, knowledge of Biometrics and Time & Attendance systems, strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as a basic understanding of labor legislation and data protection regulations will be essential for success in this position.
