As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MetaMorph, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and niche roles across functions - Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks - Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding - Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning In your role as an OKR-Driven HRBP at MetaMorph, your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with leaders to define Objectives and Key Results for HR initiatives in alignment with business goals - Tracking progress on OKRs related to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention - Providing actionable insights from HR metrics to influence business decisions - Driving HR programs that deliver measurable impact on organizational KPIs Qualifications required for this position include: - 7-12 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HRBP initiatives - Experience in fast-paced startups, media, or tech companies - Strong understanding of OKR/KPI frameworks and ability to drive measurable outcomes - Comfortable as an individual contributor, able to take ownership end-to-end - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills,
