Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • HR Business Support & Stockholder Management :

    Support business stockholders in implementing people processes, workforce hiring, and day-to-day HR support for assigned teams.
  • Employee Relations:

    Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and closures in line with company policies and labour laws.
  • Performance & Talent Management:

    Coordinate performance management cycles, probation confirmations, PIPs, and support talent tracking initiatives.
  • L&D, Engagement & HR Operations:

    Support learning & development programs, employee engagement initiatives, HR operations, statutory compliance, and accurate HR reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • 2-8 years of relevant HRBP experience
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or large workforce environments/retails preferred
