Job Description

Role Requirement:

The Employee will support the HR Business Partnering team in driving employee and social engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR strategy, basic stakeholder management, and communications.

Skills required:

Good in analytics, hands on excel and PPTs, learning ability for business acumen and farsightedness

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing employee engagement programs and feedback surveys.
Support performance management cycles including goal setting and reviews.
Help analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for business insights.
Participate in employee grievance handling and resolution processes.
Coordinate with business units to understand and support HR needs.
Contribute to wellness initiatives.
Exit and attrition analysis.
Should know how to prepare Org structures on Powerpoint etc.
