HRBP - Manufacturing

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our company in Jaipur, your role will involve acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compliance. You will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, ensuring effective people management, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles - Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives - Identify training needs and design learning programs to enhance employee capability and performance - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements - Provide HR support and guidance to managers and teams - Drive employee engagement initiatives and collaborate with leadership on HR strategy - Use HR metrics and dashboards for decision-making Qualifications & Skills: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field - 5-8 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment, L&D, and compliance - Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Analytical mindset for using HR data in decision making - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, it is important to note that the expected CTC for this position should not exceed a 20-25% hike from the candidate's current CTC and must align with the budget. A psychometric test will be conducted during the HR stage, and preference will be given to candidates with a strong academic background from top-tier colleges or universities, especially those with experience in the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work in Jaipur.,
