Job Description

Key Responsibilities HRBP Lead

Signature Global | www.signatureglobal.in

• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business heads and project leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational performance.

• Performance Management: Guide and support managers on goal setting, KPI alignment, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

• Employee Engagement: Work with the engagement team to conceptualize and implement site-specific and organization-wide engagement initiatives.

• Learning & Development: Liaise with the L&D team to identify capability gaps and ensure delivery of relevant training programs.

• Onboarding & Integration: Ensure smooth onboarding and cultural assimilation of new hires, particularly at project sites.

• Employee Relations: Address grievances proactively through the Amber portal and act as a trusted HR advisor to resolve workplace issues with empathy and fairness.

• Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage the complete employee life cycle—from onboarding to exit—ensuring a consistent and seamless employee experience.

• HR Analytics: Generate and present actionable insights on attrition, hiring metrics, and workforce trends to enable data-driven decisions.

• Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives related to restructuring, policy rollouts, and organizational expansion.

• Culture & Values: Champion a positive, inclusive work culture in line with Signature Global’s values and leadership expectations.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the engagement and training teams for effective planning, execution, and feedback collection of respective programs.
