Drive the people agenda for the front-line teams of the restaurants in partnership with business, training and Operations team.
• Own manpower planning (staffing and cost) & manpower availability
• Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality and increase productivity and reduce attrition of frontline teams
• Working on capability building and training of front-line team, managers and DM in partnership with training team
• Conceptualize and drive employee engagement programs at restaurants
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues as per company's disciplinary framework
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes and introduce new interventions for front-line team members
• Should be open to extensive travel to all the restaurants
• Should have idea about handling payroll and escalations and employee conflicts
• Must have Idea about compliances, HRIS, handled a bigger base
