As a HR Support Specialist, your role involves supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. You will provide counselling on policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning within the organization. Your active involvement in recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process, will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in performance management processes to enhance employee productivity - Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance - Demonstrate understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures - Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration - Proficiency in MS Office with knowledge of HRMS being a plus - Showcase outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of total work experience (Preferred) - Strong work ethic and a sense of ownership - Strict attitude towards tasks and responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, you may also handle other tasks assigned by your manager.
