Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhilai and Raipur (Chhattisgarh). The HR Trainee will manage day-to-day human resource tasks including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, providing support to employees, facilitating training and development programs, and maintaining HR records.

• Locations: Bhilai & Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

1.Trainee HR / Executive HR

• Eligibility: MBA/PGDM (HR/Personnel Management)

• Role: End-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.

• Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)

• Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi

• Stipend (Training Period – 3 Months): ₹20,000 per month

• Post Training Salary (Performance Based): ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
