We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven fresher (HR Trainee) to support our business in driving HR activities and fostering a positive organizational culture. This role will involve a primary focus on HRBP activities (70%) with an additional focus on Talent Acquisition (30%), supporting the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract, select, and retain top talent. Responsibilities HR Business Partner (70%): HR Support : Partner with business to understand business goals and align HR strategies/activities with overall business objectives. Facilitate & coordinate on organizational design, change management, and talent development to enhance business performance. Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations issues, providing coaching, and recommending solutions to resolve conflicts. Drive the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover. Performance Management : Facilitate managers through the performance management cycle, ensuring regular feedback, performance appraisals, and professional development planning. Support in identifying talent gaps, succession planning, and workforce planning aligned with business needs. Learning & Development : Collaborate with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and provide development opportunities tailored to business needs. HR Policies and Compliance : Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and align with company values and objectives. Employee Well-being : Support employee well-being initiatives and create a supportive work environment by working with HR programs that drive employee satisfaction and retention. Talent Acquisition (30%): Recruitment Strategy : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline : Utilize multiple channels (social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking) to build a strong candidate pipeline. Screen and shortlist candidates for various roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool. Talent Pool Management : Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure the applicant tracking system is regularly updated with candidate progress and other relevant information. Key Skills and Experience: Freshers - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with business leaders at all levels. Experience in data-driven decision-making, using metrics to drive HR initiatives. Personal Attributes: Proactive : Takes initiative to address business needs and act on feedback.
