Pudur, Madurai Degree: Any UG or PG Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can also apply) Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) 9am to 6pm Key Responsibilities Sourcing and screening candidates from various platforms Conducting interviews and coordinating with clients Maintaining candidate databases and follow-ups Supporting end-to-end recruitment process Daily reporting to the team lead Skills Required Good communication skills (English & Tamil) Fluency in Hindi is a strong advantage Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
