We're Hiring: HR Intern (ONLY Freshers Welcome)

Location: On-site Bhubaneswar (Hanspal)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Maintain HR records and documentation
Support on boarding and induction processes
Assist in campus hiring & internship programs
Help with employee engagement activities
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA (HR) or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts
Familiar with MS Excel, Word & Google tools
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
