Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated HR Trainee to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, and will play a key role in supporting our HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Help in organizing training and development programs for staff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HR software and databases.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
