HR Trainee

You are a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee who will be joining our team with a primary focus on recruitment activities. This opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (90%) and Operations (10%). Your responsibilities will include assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling. You will also be coordinating interview schedules to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Conducting initial phone screenings, developing recruitment strategies, utilizing recruitment platforms, and maintaining recruitment databases are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and identifying opportunities to streamline HR and operational processes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to maintain confidentiality are also required. Prior internship or work experience in HR recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
