Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team at Raigad Hospital and Research Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Develop and implement effective performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
