HR Trainee-Freshers (female)

We are currently seeking an HR Trainee to join our team. As an HR Trainee, you will play a vital role in various HR functions to support the overall operations of the department. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also be involved in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and maintaining employee records while updating HR databases. Additionally, you will contribute to organizing company events and employee engagement activities. Your participation in HR projects and initiatives will be crucial in driving the department's success. Moreover, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations. To qualify for this position, you should have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team. A basic understanding of HR principles and practices will be beneficial in carrying out your duties. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required for performing tasks efficiently. Your ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain attention to detail will be highly valued. Strong organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule based in Ernakulam, Kerala.
