As an HR Trainee, your role will involve assisting in various HR functions to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. - Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases accurately. - Helping to organize company events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. - Participating in HR projects and initiatives to gain hands-on experience in the field. - Providing general administrative support to the HR department to ensure smooth operations. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and candidates. - Have a basic understanding of HR principles and practices to support the team effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for this role. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently. The job is full-time with a day shift schedule based in Ernakulam, Kerala. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ernakulam before starting work.
