HR Trainee

As an HR Trainee, your role will involve assisting with various core HR functions to support the team. You will work closely with the HR Executive on tasks such as attendance management, leave tracking, recruitment support, and data maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate employee attendance and leave records. - Assisting in the operation and basic troubleshooting of HRMS software. - Updating and managing employee information and HR databases. - Supporting recruitment processes, including candidate coordination and initial screening. - Preparing reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation. - Handling administrative tasks such as filing, communication, and record-keeping. To excel in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
