HR Trainee

Job Description: You are being hired as an HR Trainee at our company located in Vadasery, Nagercoil. Your working hours will be from 10AM to 5PM with a timing of 9.30AM to 5.30PM. Good communication skills are a must for this role. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes - Support the HR team in various administrative tasks - Help in organizing employee training and development programs - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies - Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic knowledge of HR functions and regulations Please note that the salary for the first 3 months will be a stipend ranging from 5000 to 8000. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a performance bonus. The work location is in person, with day and morning shifts available.
