Job Description

As the HR & Talent Manager at our IT company, you will play a crucial role in leading the Human Resources department to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic HR Leadership:** - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Provide leadership and direction to ensure effective HR service delivery. - **Talent Acquisition and Management:** - Design recruiting strategies to attract top talent. - Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. - Implement talent management and succession planning programs. - Maintain a healthy workforce pyramid with the right hiring ratios across levels. - **Employee Development and Training:** - Identify training needs and implement programs for upskilling. - Design training programs for career development and skills enhancement. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. - **Performance Management:** - Oversee performance reviews and implement improvement plans. - Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth. - **Employee Relations:** - Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and timely. - **HR Policies and Compliance:** - Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Conduct regular Internal ISO audits for process efficiency and compliance. - **HR Metrics and Reporting:** - Track and analyze key HR metrics for data-driven decision-making. - Prepare and present HR reports to senior management. - Identify trends and make improvement recommendations based on HR data. - **HR Technology and Systems:** - Manage HR information systems (HRIS) for streamlined processes. - Utilize technology to improve HR efficiency. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus. - Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Extensive IT industry experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
