Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networking to find potential candidates. Screening and Assessing: Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to filter candidates and identify those who meet the job requirements. Interviewing and Evaluating: Conducting in-depth interviews with qualified candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company. Negotiating and Onboarding: Negotiating job offers with selected candidates, and facilitating their onboarding process, including providing necessary resources and information. Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process. Tracking and Analyzing: Monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring data. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of current labor laws, hiring trends, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational skills to manage a high volume of applications and tasks. Analytical skills to evaluate resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
