๐Ÿ“ Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Supervisor to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core HR functions and will be responsible for supervising day-to-day HR operations at the location, including onboarding, attendance, grievance handling, and employee engagement. ๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR policies at the site Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees/gig workers Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases Address employee queries and grievances promptly and effectively Coordinate with central HR and operations team for escalations and updates Support in payroll inputs and compliance tracking Conduct regular engagement activities to boost team morale and retention Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws at the location โœ… Requirements:Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a field/site HR role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with Excel and HR software/tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and field-level coordination Fluency in Hindi and basic English ๐ŸŒŸ What We Offer: Opportunity to lead HR operations at the ground level Fast-paced work environment with growth opportunities Competitive salary and field HR exposure Work with a dynamic and growing team in the HRTech/gig ecosystem
