Position Title: HR Specialist – (Real Estate)
Department: Human Resources
Location: Bhubaneswar
Reporting To: Group Head - Hr & Admin

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist with strong experience in the Real Estate industry to lead the hiring and talent acquisition for our Sales & Marketing division in the B2C Civil Construction segment. The ideal candidate will bring ready contacts, networks, and market knowledge to ensure quick and effective recruitment of high-performing sales professionals from the real estate and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales & Marketing roles (Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales Executives, Sales Managers).
  • Leverage existing industry contacts, networks, and references to source top talent from the real estate sector.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks for sales candidates.
  • Work closely with Management to define manpower requirements for different sales channels.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for continuous hiring needs.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and integration into sales training programs.
  • Develop HR processes to ensure performance-driven sales culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong network of sales & marketing professionals in the real estate industry.
  • Proven ability to quickly source and hire talent for sales roles.
  • Knowledge of real estate hiring challenges, compensation structures, and incentives.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software, recruitment portals, and social hiring.
  • Ability to align hiring with business goals and sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.
  • Strong track record of hiring sales teams for B2C real estate or construction businesses.
  • Must bring an active professional network of sales & marketing candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹50,500.00 per month
