HR Specialist for Freelance And Upwork Sales Agent Recruitment

As a growing manufacturer and exporter of door hardware, cabinet accessories, and architectural fittings with a global market reach, we are seeking an HR Specialist/Talent Acquisition Expert to support our expansion into Africa, GCC countries, and other international markets by recruiting freelance sales agents. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing freelance sales agents with B2B experience in target markets, actively searching and posting on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Fiverr, evaluating profiles based on criteria such as communication, past performance, and B2B experience, handling initial negotiations and screening coordination, recommending qualified candidates to company management, and maintaining a tracker of outreach and hiring status. To excel in this role, you must have prior HR/recruitment experience on freelance platforms and Upwork, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, demonstrate an understanding of sales profiles in international B2B markets, exhibit the ability to work independently and deliver timely results, and have a good command of English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
