We are looking for an HR Specialist / Talent Acquisition Expert to help us identify, engage, and hire sales agents from freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc. Key Responsibilities: Source freelance sales agents with B2B experience in Africa, GCC, and other global markets. Actively search and post on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, etc. Evaluate profiles based on communication, past performance, and B2B experience. Handle initial negotiations and coordinate screening. Recommend qualified candidates to the company management. Maintain a tracker of outreach and hiring status. Skills & Requirements:Prior HR / recruitment experience on freelance platforms and Upwork is a must. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Understanding of sales profiles in international B2B markets. Ability to work independently and deliver timely results. Good knowledge of English (additional regional languages are a plus).
