As an HR Specialist for Freelance And Upwork Sales Agent Recruitment with our growing hardware manufacturing company specializing in door hardware, cabinet accessories, and architectural fittings, your primary role will involve sourcing freelance sales agents with B2B experience in Africa, GCC, and other global markets. You will be responsible for actively searching and posting on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, etc., evaluating profiles based on communication, past performance, and B2B experience, handling initial negotiations, coordinating screening, and recommending qualified candidates to the company management. Maintaining a tracker of outreach and hiring status will also be a key part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess prior HR/recruitment experience on freelance platforms and Upwork, strong negotiation and communication skills, an understanding of sales profiles in international B2B markets, the ability to work independently and deliver timely results, as well as a good knowledge of English (additional regional languages are a plus).
