Job Description

Role Overview: WonderBiz is seeking an experienced HR Specialist (ER and Operation) to join their team in Thane West. As an ER Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing Employee Relations activities. You will work closely with Dev Managers, Tech Leads, and the rest of the team to identify and address bottlenecks that hinder team performance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the Software Development world, logical and analytical abilities, high energy levels, and organizational skills. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and coaching Line Managers to provide necessary people support. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and carry out Employee Relations activities - Formulate HR systems to enhance team performance - Identify constraints and propose solutions to elevate team performance - Build relationships within the team - Understand team dynamics in the Software Development world - Analyze weaknesses and suggest effective solutions - Maintain a positive attitude and navigate through challenging situations - Organize and execute tasks efficiently - Mentor Line Managers to provide initial people support Qualifications Required: - Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills - Experience in the Software Development industry - Strong logical and analytical abilities - Positive attitude and high energy levels - Organized and meticulous in execution - Ability to mentor and coach Line Managers effectively Additional Company Details: WonderBiz has been in business for over 8 years, serving 30+ International Customers and developing 50+ products for customers from Silicon Valley and Fortune 100 Companies.
