As an ER Executive at WonderBiz, you will be responsible for planning and executing Employee Relations activities. Your role will involve collaborating with Dev Managers, Tech Leads, and the team to identify and address bottlenecks that hinder team performance. By designing effective solutions and systems, you will help elevate the team's performance to new heights. To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships within the team. A deep understanding of the Software Development industry, coupled with logical and analytical abilities, will be crucial for identifying areas of improvement and proposing effective solutions.
