Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze HR functional requirements and technical specifications to create actionable solutions.
Support clients with implementation and adoption of HR Cloud and HXM Technologies from Hire to Retire.
Evaluate existing HR systems and recommend improvements to clients and other key stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience in the implementation of HR technologies, e.g. HCM cloud systems (e.g. Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday), HR ticketing/workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce) or other HR solutions.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
Prepare design documents and detailed specifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Demonstrable experience in developing proposals and offerings, either for internal or external clients.
Hands-on experience with HR Cloud systems and capability to support the selection and implementation of HR technologies.
Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and help solve their HR challenges.
Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
