Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst at Accenture, your main responsibility is to improve workforce performance, productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs in the Employee Services domain. You will be primarily involved in query and case management activities, services, and interactions to address the needs, inquiries, and concerns of customers. Your role will include establishing and maintaining positive relationships, offering assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively through various customer care channels. Key Responsibilities: - Have an in-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Accenture - Drive activities to meet requirements such as timelines, quality, and costs, and ensure tasks are completed on time and error-free - Drive Operational Excellence within the team and support the Operational Excellence Focal - Raise relevant quality and/or scope issues that may impact delivery and streamline decision-making processes - Understand existing metrics in the process, how they are measured, and improve the measurement system for effectiveness and transparency - Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically - Create logical plans, realistic estimates, and schedules for activities or project segments - Document progress, issues, and agreements, and assist the team with performing Root Cause Analysis on issues - Support Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquire in-depth knowledge of the process as required - Participate in various internal or client initiatives related to the process - Review process dashboards and visual management displays regularly and ensure they are up-to-date - Actively participate in all process-related business meetings in-person or virtually through conference calls - Liaise with Accenture Local IT to escalate technology issues faced by the team - Participate in and/or support during client visits - Propose process improvement ideas that can reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls - Read, understand, and analyze client processes as per the business rules and become a People relations process expert within the first 4 months - Work collaboratively with all internal and third-party stakeholders to achieve business goals Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 5 to 8 years of experience (Note: This job may require working in rotational shifts),
