Job Description: As an HR Generalist with 6-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the organization by utilizing your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees and management. Your strong drafting skills will be essential for preparing HR-related documentation such as memos, policies, and reports. You will have hands-on experience in managing employee welfare programs and ensuring employee well-being. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the effective implementation of performance appraisal processes, coordinating the exit process, handling employee resignations and confirmations, as well as assisting in the disciplinary action process as required. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist - Excellent communication skills - Strong drafting skills - Experience in managing employee welfare programs - Knowledge of performance appraisal processes - Ability to handle employee resignations and confirmations - Familiarity with disciplinary action processes Please note: This job is for females only. The work schedule is full-time with a day shift, and the work location is in person.
