Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position involves handling recruitment and HR functions while also driving sales of training and internship programs.

Roles & Responsibilities: Human Resource Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Assist with training session planning and internal communication

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients, colleges, and students
• Promote EduVitae’s internship, training, and certification programs
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for yourself and company
• Represent the company in seminars, webinars, and academic partnerships

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/BBA in HR/Marketing preferred)
• 0–1 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Basic knowledge of Email marketing, google drive, MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools (if any)
