Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management of Field Sales Team

  • Set individual and team sales goals in alignment with business objectives.
  • Regularly monitor and track performance metrics.
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Provide coaching and support for employee development.
  • Manage incentive and recognition programs.
  • Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) when required.
  • Drive succession planning and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct field visits for employee engagement and feedback.

Talent Acquisition for Field Sales Roles

  • Define job roles and manage requisition processes.
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for field sales positions.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of performance management systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of sales-driven HR practices
  • Recruitment & talent engagement experience
  • Ability to travel for field visits if required
