Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and source candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
• Manage job postings on different platforms and maintain a strong online presence.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
• Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
• Implement innovative recruiting strategies to reach diverse applicant pools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the HR database.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
