Oversee quality initiatives across operations team for optimization of processes in order to improve TAT and upgradation of SLAs. Employ tools such as automation and digitization to increase process efficiency. Education Qualification Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.

The role bearer has a responsibility to support the Relationship Manager in identifying prospective customers and converting them into real business opportunities. The role bearer is responsible for helping create Joint Liability Groups and centres and manage them through the formation, disbursal and collection phases while driving client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship. Roles & Responsibilities Manage zoning activity to map household needs in villages and areas allocated. Conduct end-user checks as specified post disbursal of loans while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets.
