Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals. Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
