Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
  • Work closely with senior consultants on live mandates.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/PG (Pursuing or Completed) in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for recruitment and learning about HR consulting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with job portals is a plus.
