Roles and Responsibilities Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Conduct bulk hiring, mass hiring, and mass recruitment campaigns to meet client requirements. Manage multiple clients simultaneously and handle their recruitment needs effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in HR or related field (freshers welcome). Strong understanding of bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and mass hiring techniques. Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri.com, Shine.com, LinkedIn Recruiter etc. . Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently from home office setup.
