HR Recruitment & General Operations

As a strategic partner, you will promote awareness and understanding of recruitment-related policies and procedures across departments. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding new hires. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, you will lead HR induction programs and provide support during new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration experience.
