About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Telecallers to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you! No prior experience is necessary ! Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries. Clearly explain products/services and generate interest. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions. Record and update customer information accurately. Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and maintain call quality. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with phone systems.
