Job Title: HR Recruitment & Training Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: HR Manager / HR Head

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2-3 Years.

Location: Hyderabad.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.

Diversity: Female Candidates only.

Salary: As per company norms.

Job Summary:

The HR Recruitment & Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, coordinating employee training programs, and maintaining HR records. The role ensures smooth onboarding of new hires and contributes to developing employee skills through organized training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Organize induction/orientation sessions for new employees.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Maintain training records and feedback reports.
Support employee development programs and workshops.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee files and HR databases.
Assist in HR policy implementation and communication.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in recruitment or training).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (like Zoho, SAP, or HRMS tools).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
