The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring for ECOSTANs 350 employees, including office staff (e.g., engineers, managers), workshop staff (e.g., supervisors), and workers (e.g., machine operators). They will leverage Odoo, LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna Jobs, and external agencies to build a talent pipeline, ensuring timely and cost-effective recruitment while streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna Jobs, and coordinate with external agencies.
Use Odoo to track applications, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
Develop job descriptions and ensure alignment with ECOSTAN’s needs.
Build relationships with local ITIs, colleges, and labor contractors for worker hiring.
Streamline onboarding, including I-9 forms, orientation, and safety briefings.
Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g., non-discriminatory hiring).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
Proficiency in Odoo or similar ATS, LinkedIn, and job portals.
Knowledge of Punjab’s labor market and hiring practices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
