HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract top talent through
job portal
and other platforms.
Identify and screen candidates with the right skill sets for diverse roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for
overseas roles
, particularly in
Gulf countries
.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
Deliver a seamless candidate experience while meeting recruitment timelines.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Strong sourcing expertise in
Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, and Transportation
sectors.
Proficiency in
English communication
(verbal and written).
Basic to advanced skills in
MS Excel
for recruitment tracking and reporting.
Prior experience in
overseas recruitment
for
Gulf countries
is highly preferred.
A proactive approach with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
