Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements. Attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates who align with the company's goals and culture. Write and update job descriptions and create recruitment materials. Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and other platforms. Source and engage candidates using databases, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates. Conduct and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update a candidate database and recruitment trackers. Manage the offer process, including drafting offer letters. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process. Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. Provide recruitment reports and help identify future hiring needs.
