Job Description

Job Title:

6 Days Working

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across various Non-IT roles and supporting the talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (BPO, Sales, Operations, Collections, Customer Support etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Manage candidate follow-ups and interview feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
Good coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment
Immediate to short notice period preferred
