Job Description – HR Recruiter (White-Collar Volume Hiring) Position: HR Recruiter – White-Collar Volume Recruitment Location: [Hyderabad / Multiple Locations] CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Based on experience & performance) Experience: 1–4 years in white-collar volume hiring About the RoleWe are looking for a result-driven HR Recruiter to handle high-volume white-collar recruitment across multiple functions and locations. The role demands strong sourcing capability, fast closures, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Key ResponsibilitiesManage volume hiring for white-collar roles across departments Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and internal networks Plan and execute bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and job melas (white-collar focused) Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and hiring trackers Work towards defined hiring targets and timelines Eligibility & SkillsEducation: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline) Experience: 1–4 years in white-collar bulk / volume recruitment Strong hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment reporting Preferred ProfileExperience in corporate, healthcare, sales, operations, administration, or allied white-collar hiring Exposure to walk-in drives and large-scale hiring campaigns Immediate or short notice joiners preferred How to ApplyIf you are interested, please share your updated CV.
