As an HR Recruiter, you will learn and manage the end-to-end hiring process—from understanding job requirements to selecting the right candidates for our clients. Key Responsibilities:Understand client requirements and create simple, effective job postings. Search and connect with candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references. Screen resumes and conduct basic interviews to check candidate fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain proper records and update recruitment trackers. Work to achieve monthly hiring targets within timelines. Who Can Apply? Graduates/Postgraduates in any discipline (HR specialization is a plus but not mandatory). Freshers who are passionate about starting a career in HR. Candidates with up to 5 years of recruitment experience. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
