Touchstone Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Female) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for sales, distribution, and warehousing roles within the FMCG sector. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure we hire the best talent for our expanding teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles (Sales Executives, DSEs, Warehouse Staff, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks
Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for shortlisting and feedback
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Manage job postings and employer branding on relevant platforms
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding
Location - Bhatagaon Chowk, Raipur CG
Salary - 23K CTC
